At redoHealth we treat the whole person from head to toe.

To "redo" is to do something again or differently.

At redoHealth we use an approach not many physiotherapists use. We don't chase pain. We get to WHY your injury or symptoms have occurred.

To do this we have longer appointment times so we can be more specific with our hands-on techniques and give you targeted exercises to get you back to your activity sooner!

We also run small group Clinical Pilates and Back Care Yoga courses on a term schedule.
