despite spending over $1800 -and paying half already - with many more thousands more to come for pumps and fire fighting sprinklers , the sales leader was very rude - demanding payment over the phone NOW , when I said I had no plumber to check the docket he demanded payment NOW - even for the money for an extra invoice he couldn't even email me for 3 days ....PATHETIC < RUDE and a v late delivery too ! Bye ! All this after he told the plumber there was no problem and payment could wait - what a difference 24 hours makes with this bully !

Dismissive and rude to me on the front counter. A change to friendly and helpful customer service and I might consider going back.
