I have used many vets on the Gold Coast over the years and always felt ripped off until the Reedy Creek Veterinary Hospital was recommended to me by our dog groomer. I have used them quiet a bit with my previous two dogs and found they were so professional and their charges were more than reasonable. They also had compassion which I found when I lost my two dogs recently. After the last one was put down I was sitting in the surgery trying to hold back my emotions and a very young receptionist came over and sat with me and comforted me We bought another dog which is a CKCS puppy and I took him there for his second vaccination. Dr. Mat gave a thorough examination and even picked up a small tooth out of alignment. He went through all the things we had to do and even clipped the puppy's nails. So after having the injections, been give some flea and tick treatment and about 45 minutes of very professional advice we went outside to pay and got aread more
Best vet I've ever used (and I've used a few). All the staff are caring and friendly, they never make you sit and wait forever when you have an appointment, they don't push unnecessary vaccinations every time you visit like many vets do, don't order unnecessary tests or medications and best of all they are fair and reasonably priced. So glad I found this clinic when we moved to Queensland!
I (sadly) had to take a dog that had been hit by a car into this clinic and found the staff to be very helpful. They immediately got in touch with the owners to let them know, and I'm sure I left the dog in very capable and caring hands. Here's hoping she makes a full recovery!
