Regal Transport

Very slow when you go to their yard to pick up and drop off anything. Some of their staff are so helpful I,e at the main gate and forklift drivers. Some are very negative and unhelpful including supervisors. Always schedule more time than normal when going there to drop off or picking up as it takes twice as long as anywhere else they are very slow.

They were meant to be transporting some of our goods from Port Hedland and we were told for 3 days consecutively that they had been collected when our staff were still waiting with the materials to be collected. We were then told they were collected 3 days ago, once again while they were still in our posession yet to be collected.



We were then told they were delivered, so sent our courier to collect, and they were not there, we then called the branch in Port Hedland and they are there.



The materials are apparently sitting on a truck somewhere and i was told today that we will get them off when were ready.



I will NEVER use them or recommend them again, I understand they are busy, but there is no need for the bad phone calls, if they had of informed us of the delays we would have made arrangements,



Terrible Service......
