This company is terrible, disorganised and rude. We had several maintenance issues which they ignored. When we issued a notice to remedy breach after our air conditioner had been broken for 8 months, they tried to insist that the breach had been remedied since they "plan" to fix it, which is insane. You have to actually fix the maintenance issue for it to be remedied.

They never turned up during their 4-hour inspection window (which by Australian tenant law should be 2 hours), but would turn up later in the day and unlock our house ...read more

I also signed up just to leave this reveiw.
We bought a tenanted house and kept the rental agency that was already in place as we only had two months left on the lease.
Unfortunately Rent my property Redcliffe were a nightmare to deal with.
Extremely Unprofessional.
I recommend you DO NOT use them to rent your property.

DO NOT RENT FROM RENT MY PROPERTY. JUST LIKE SOME OTHERS, I WOULD PUT NO STARS IF I WAS ABLE TO. Here’s my story:
The agent wanted to come for an inspection the first time, but said they couldn’t make it. I can tolerate that. The agent and I rescheduled for another inspection time. This time they came and said that their keys doesn’t work, so they can’t open the door. I wasn’t at home at the time, tenants aren’t required to. I’ve been renting for a while, and had numerous inspections, and they always had been able to enter the house. We DID NOT CHANGE THE LOCK! That means that they LOST THEIR SET OF KEYS! Then they say I have to CUT ANOTHER SET OF KEYS FOR THEM OR BE THERE FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION! I replied, saying that they can ask the landlord for another set. Terrible Customer service# Impolite Team#

I prefer to give zero star for the customer service that we received and for Trauma we went through!!!!!!

I signed up just to leave a review. I was a tenant through Rent My Property in Carina for 4 years. I always found them to be responsive to my emails and friendly. There were a few hiccups when I was vacating and I had to go back and clean a few things however I would prefer this than for an agent to just engage a cleaner without my concent. Lauren from the office is lovely. I found the previous lady who did our inspections (Bridgitte?) very rude however her replacement, Pam is fantastic.
