I am 56 years old and have been with Repetitions for many years. Ive been with Repetitions for around 18 months. No 2 weeks are the same.The workouts can be tough but very enjoyable. With a variety of classes there is something for everyone. Its always a friendly environment and Adam is a great trainer. I look forward to it everytime i go. The only thing you will regret is not going giving it a go!
I have been at repetitions fitness for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoy it! Each session is different and challenging. The group classes are enjoyable with a friendly bunch of people. I came to Adam after major starting back into fitness following major knee surgery and he has stregthened my knee so much that It feels like I never had surgery. Repetitions is great way to strengthen your muscles and lose weight all while having fun in the process! It's the best decision I have made by joining!
