I have two rental properties which have been looked after Residential Letting & Management Experts. The reason I chose this firm was because I was once a tenant myself when I first moved to SA. I was treated well. They were strict and fastidious with regular inspections. I decided based on my own experience, once acquired, I would hand my properties over to Residential Letting to manage. A sound decision.
They always find me very good tenants and fortunately I've only had positive experiences.
I love not having to worry about paying the bills or organising trades people for maintenance jobs. My properties and tenants are very well looked after.
So do yourselves a favour, both tenants and Landlords, take a load off and go with this respectful, efficient, intelligent and reliable team.
Residential Letting managed two properties for me for a number of years. They found amazing tenants and were very thorough with inspections. Should I have an investment property in the future I would go to them again. I highly recommend them as I never once had a worry about receiving

Our experience through these guys has been fantastic, we would have nothing negative to say, and we are especially grateful to our land agent Karli, she has be so patient and understanding, especially if have had to reschedule an inspection because we have both been working shift and didn't have a chance to make the house immaculate, or if we were overseas and the garden grew out a bit, she would never make us feel bad for that, which was all the more incentive to make sure we did the best we possibly be could in return. Anytime something needed fixing, it was done within a day or two. We have been renting our whole lives with so many bad experiences, but we are truly blessed to have had this 3 years with Residential and Letting Management.
This is the absolute worst company to deal with.
Don’t ever call any references and gave them the benefit of the doubt and they failed not once but 5 times trying to get into a rental and has dragged on over a month now. Wouldn’t ever recommend this company for rentals for anyone and I’ll be referring the right company when I finally get into a rental.
Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star or a quarter. Absolutely shocking.
Residential Letting adhere to strict policies and procedures with regards to the processing of applications and please be assured referees are most definitely contacted as part of this procedure. Applications are of course not always successful and whilst we understand this can be disappointing, no offence is intended. They respond very quickly to our emails and try to sort all the matter very fast.
They have explained our contract very carefully, since this was our first time renting in Australia.
