Shopping online with Rhythm, easy-peezy. A few hick-ups throughout the whole process even to the moment I opened it upon arriving in the post. However, the issue was resolved without any loss of hair. Customer Service I received throughout the entire process, from multiple staff was superb! Will do business again in future.
Worst customer I have ever experienced...
From the moment we hired our gear to returning it... Had the same shop assistant that was extremely rude. Eye rolling, smirk on staff's face, comments under staff's breath. Staff needs a serious lesson in customer service and to adjust attitude.

Went to Rhythm on the weekend to grab some hire gear to go snowboarding. The service was awful we were there for 30 mins at the front of the line, finally when we got served we were treated like the "annoying customers" and rushed through like a bunch of cattle. After paying top dollar to hire a new 2011 model they strapped some old, broken and abused bindings on to my new board. I didn't pay any attention to at the time.read more
