Getting fit and staying fit can be one of the hardest things you can do. Doing it by yourself is even harder. Gone are the days of following a standard program, spending hours in the gym, pumping weights and running on that treadmill.
Incoprorating your lifestyle and personality, I put a program together that is diverse and interesting that will quickly become a way of life.
I offer training for Individuals, Groups, Clubs, Teams, Organisations and Associations. I have a Studio Gym for private one on one training or two on one.Or I can do training at your home, your gym or out-doors.
