Where do I even start? Firstly, I went there for tattoo removal. They charged a lot and only made it worse! I went to another place and they told me that the treatments I received from Richmond Skin & Laser had created MORE damage by spreading the ink.
Then, I purchased some laser hair removal. They were doing fine until they burnt me down there!!! All they offered was some gel.
I had recommended a friend prior to the burn so I knew I had $50 credit. I asked what treatment I could get and they said to try an enzyme facial. I was booked in for a consultation which I thought was going to be a quick chat. Nope. Next thing I know, I've been given a treatment which I had not agreed to.
