What a shame. Had an appointment for acupuncture , arrived on time , was taken to my room..... and then left there for 20 minutes. No treatment, no contact. And this wasn’t the first time. Very unprofessional for a group focus on healthcare.

Waited over an hour to be seen by a doctor and in the end she wouldn’t complete a medical form that is required by Queensland transport citing it was not her job to do so.
Not the first time I have waited well past my appointment time.

Been my Dr since arriving on Goldcoast. Very happy, no trouble getting apt. Having acupuncture at present and it's proving successful.

7 Day Medical Acupuncture Service with Medical doctors who also specialised in acupuncture! .. good skills, dedications and kept at Bulk Bill with no cash cost to patients suffering. This practice has been going for over 30 years from NSW and now in Qld !

Same day appointment is nearly always guaranteed and the waiting times are generally short. Parking is right at the door and the acupuncture is all bulk billed. what more can you ask for?
