Just had my car repaired with the Willetton branch of Romanos. They were a wonderful bunch, carried out the assessment quickly and were able to fit my car in promptly. Kept me informed throughout and very pleased with the result. Repair is first class and staff were very pleaant and easy to deal with. Would use them again if I have cause to. Have also used the Canning Vale branch and they were excellent too. Very professional outfit

I gave my Holden Astra after I had accidently bogged its front in the sand leaving washer-bottle and front bumper damaged. It also had snapped the washer pump connecting washer-bottle. Romano just replaced the washer-bottle, fixed the bumper but didn't bother replacing the pump. Instead they put some PVC glue to the broken part which worked only for 5/6 months. It was causing slow dripping from the bottle and clogging spray nozzles with dust when the wipers were being activated. When approached Romano, they simply ignored and asked for another claim or approval from QBE. I went back to QBE they declined to issue fresh rectification authorisation as they have been fed up with their sub-standard dodgy repairs and had black-listed during 2017. My passenger side car window was smashed back in May, and the insurance company referred us to them. They did a decent job of changing the window, and fixing the front part of the car that got smashed in. I can no longer wind the window down from the driver's side though, so I guess they just did whatever they got paid to do for, instead of a proper check. To be honest, there has always been a small issue with being able to press the buttons, but no bother to me. They got the job done in less than 3 days, and I collected the car as soon as they finished their job and went straight back to driving for work.
These guys are no nonsense and get the job done as soon as they can. I found their service to be friendly but straight to the point from the moment i stepped in to the office. Filled out a form, confirmed my details, the guy went out to take pics and record the damage that needed repairs, handed and the keys, told me estimated pick up date and off i went. Got a call the morning of the date he estimated, and found a beautiful job done upon pick up the next day. They even fixed a bit more than I expected, and I KNOW they checked my care properly because they even fixed the time on my clock (which i didn't even tell them was 45 mins off - something my usual car service center doesn't even do). half a star off due to the older guy that works out the front who constantly kept looking at me everytime I was there...creepy vibes lol.
