Mark is a very rude individual. I asked for a quote last year and obviously got another quote which was more reasonable for us. I asked him to quote another job and he came today and said I remember this place you wanted a quote what happened with that? I said I got another quote that was more reasonable for us at the time.. he then said well what do I have to do here in the kitchen besides wasting my time? I said pardon me?? Well your going to waste my time again? I said a quote is a quote doesn't guarantee the job? I said please leave my premises. Mark said I should've realised when I rolled up at the address. I said, leave.. just a rude and arrogant person.. don't call unless you want this company to rip you off and not give your a quote.. surprisingly he has a company!!

DREADFUL WORK and even WORSE CUSTOMER_RELATIONS - these guys quoted a job to be finished within an 8 hour period... 4 months later and they still hadn't dinished the job. There are so many points to make about what a poor level of workmanship and service these guys do - but the pinnacle was when they asked me to take the day-off to allow entry to my premises (at a loss of income to myself) and no-one turned up! When I later asked someone, who I was told was 'the boss', I was laughed at and called a "dog" for enquiring as to when the works would be completed... I'm simply astounded that this place is even allowed to operate, CONSUMER BEWARE!!

My daughter's hot water service had a broken cylinder, I contacted Rosehill Plumbing on the Sunday and they got back to me almost immediately. I told them it could wait till monday. They arrived on time and confirmed the problem. They then identified that the hot water service problem was still under the supplier warranty. They did not leave it there. They rang the company, confirmed that it was a warranty issue and organised for teh company to fix the problem. The next day it was all fixed.
