Rossini's Italian Family Restaurant

One star given for the polite and wonderful service of a young waitress. I am visiting from Melbourne for my mothers 70th birthday, 12 of us attended the restaurant to celebrate having prebooked days earlier. The hostility from our hostess started immediately and we all felt extremely uncomfortable. The food was not bad, although orders were mixed up and we ate at different times having to ask repeatedly for meals. Our bill for the evening was $400 which would have been well spent if not for a few mix ups and a terribly nasty host, who even argued and berated my mother loudly when my she was given the wrong meal. What an awful night, so bad that we have booked a different restaurant near by and all 12 of us are going there for dinner so my mother can have a happy memory of the event.

We have been regulars since it opened. The quality and presentation has been consistently good . We always have a group 10-12 from toddlers to aged . 4 generations and Heather is always like family to us !

Ordered from them for the first time tonight, friendly phone manner, arrived on time, first pizza delicious, second pizza delicious, third pizza, all the topping was in one side of the box like it had been dropped on its side. Phoned up the store and they sent a fresh one out for no charge. I've never had that happen before and they handled it professionally. We will definitely order there again. We got the Sydney, Boston and garlic pizza. Thoroughly recommend all!

We LOVE it here! The food, the staff, the ambiance-we can't fault it. In fact we love it soo much we are having our reception here!
