I went to doctor Muhammad Farooq he was acting so rude. He forgot to sign my paperwork and I went back He said you are troubling me alot. A doctor should cooperate the patient instead of stressing them.
Never ever want to go again.

Severely understaffed.
Minimum call wait time is 32 minutes just to cancel an appointment or update details. . . if you are lucky.
Centre is in the process of becoming privatised under usa company ownership. Double dipping in public money.
A few doctors brilliant.
Other doctors appear to be suffering a mental break down or are downright abusive.
Centre is often filthy.

Absolutely useless and not willing to help. Doctors are rude and hence all the bad reviews. I will never go there again

Terrible. I tell my mother to go somewhere else every time. Waisted 2+ hours of my time only to be treated like a child by the dr. Seen multiple doctors and never feel like I'm being listened to. Don't bother waisting your time here

Terrible experience due to long waiting times, up to an hour and half on the phone or in person long queues with a single receptionist. Often finding queue jumpers as well, the Receptionist is all over the place. Almost denied my appointment by the Nurse stepping in to reduce the queue but blaming me for being late whist waiting for almost half an hour in the queue. Complete chaos, service is terrible and the place has gone down in my estimation. If someone from Rudloc MC is reading this, please do something about the current diabolical situation. Thanks
