I booked my mum in to do her hair for my baby shower last week. Mum was a bit nervous and asked lots of questions. Kayla was the hair Dresser today. She made mum calm by answering questions.
When I picked mum up, Mum was relaxed on the sofa smiling non stop saying how much she had a great time and great experience and how much she loved her hair.

Whatever you do, do not get your hair done here. I was charged an absolutely obscene amount of money for my hair to be damaged and left with an appalling cut and colour. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and pay another huge amount of money as the hairdresser here had ruined it completely. It was a very upsetting situation and Kayla refused to fix or acknowledge the appalling job she had carried out. Please, whatever you do, do not take your business here as you will be left stressed and you will be charged a fortune for it.
Sorry ladies I don't know what your talking about. S&K are extremely transparent with vouchers and how many times you can use a voucher. Kayla is an experienced hairdresser who delivers exactly what your looking for looking, if not I know she would not let you leave until your happy. I have been going there for months and always get what I ask for. Kayla matched my hair perfectly to the photo and the customer service was amazing. I travel from the Central Coast and will continue to do so. Ladies your lose is my gain!
Don't bother to bring your image, because the end result will be a depressing nightmare for you to refix on your own at more cost. Owner Kayla discriminate customer and do not listen to client colour request, even after paying for surcharge of $80 more. Wish I could post my disaster hair pic in here. The cutting and colour skills is appalling for someone with (ten years experience in what "chitchatting"?) Did not enjoy the experience. Never again to step in.

I had a recent experience with Kayla also, I purchased a hair voucher, made an appointment and drove 50 mins to her salon. Once there, she refused the service I paid for because she said I had been there before (approx 12 months earlier with another voucher). At the time of purchasing the voucher, the Fine Print stated that you could purchase 2 for yourself and multiple vouchers as gifts. There had not been any words with her about anything at this point and she told me to get a refund through the company which I had purchased the voucher from. When I emailed the company for a refund, they contacted her and she blunty refused to give the refund. She is happy to take someone's money and then not provide the service and refuses to refund the money ....... I had a friend with me, so I have a witness to all this.
