Awful. After waiting at the 'please wait to be seated' sign for 15-20 minutes, I had to take myself to the counter to be seated. I'd booked a table in advance, only to be told I wasn't in the system and to sit wherever I want (I booked a table near the window but all were unavailable). Most disappointing of all was the food. My $29 seafood platter was bland, oily, and the calamari/prawns/battered fish/chips all tasted the same. I can only assume it was frozen and then deepfried. Also the toilets were unclean and there was an overflowing wastepaper bin and hand towels all over the floor - I had to step on them to get to a cubicle. Also the barmaids were covered in tattoos and wearing tank tops and short skirts. I have nothing against tattoos, but when I go out for a meal I expect the staff to look professional. I was extremely disappointed by the whole experience and will never go back, and I'll be telling my friends and family to steer clear. I'd give no stars if I could.
We have been here so many times with my partner so awesome the view inside and outside the food choice is good and delicious the staffs are remarkably helpful coz sometimes I use discount card they really help me with that and then even more enjoyable staying for lunch and tea, so clean air fresh the whole atmosphere makes you relax and enjoy your meal with discount..
Bad Experience, No interest from Management! We have visited a few times, and not previously been disappointed. However, this time was a very distasteful experience. The kitchen could not get our order correct, or send the courses out in the correct order, and kept insisting that the poor wait staff bring back the same plate to our table three times (much to staff's embarrassment). Ok, so occasionally you have a bad experience. That would have been ok, except that I took the time to email the Sailmaster to explain what had happened so that they could address any problems, and they did not even have the courtesy to respond. We spent $500 between 4 of us that night, and they will never, ever, see our faces in there again!
