My name is Sandra and I offer 1 on 1 Personal Training as well as partnered training sessions.
My personal training services cater to both women and men of all ages no matter what your goal may be. Whether you are a beginner or have been training for a few years, I have something to suit your training needs.
I am very motivating, supportive and encouraging. I absolutely love helping others and am very dedicated at my job. One thing I am not is of those PT's that screams at you or just sits there counting reps. I will always strive to get the best from you performance wise while keeping the sessions fun and exciting.
I have a private gym studio that puts it above the rest for multiple reasons:

* No interruptions or distractions
* Air conditioned - Warm in winter and cool in summer
My rates are based on the number of sessions you wish to do in a week. All my plans include meal recommendations as well which will aid you in achieving your goals.
1 session per week at $60/session
2 sessions per week at $55/session
3 sessions or more per week at $50/session
