My first visit to Sardine Tin was several months ago & I was blown away. Traditional but completely unpretentious Spanish Tapas & the dessert!!! I tried the mini Madeleines with salted caramel - AMAZING. I went back just last week thanks to the fond memories, to learn that there's a new chef so there's also a few new items on the menu. Again, we were blown away - even more than last time which we didn't think was possible. Highly recommend the white anchovies for entre, they're soaked in a delish herbed, lemony vinegar dressing. Also highly recommended is the crab with avocado and peas, every thing we ordered surprised us presentation-wise and blew us away taste-wise.
If you want some authentic but modern, super tasty and satisfying tapas then try Sardine Tin. It's a gorgeous looking little place too & if you sit at the bar you can watch the chef in action!
