never ever doing business with scarboro toyato. worst experience ever. the sales manager, Michael, is such dodge person. visiting scarboro toyato and find out the selling price is $300 more than i expect. i have decided to leave, but the manager Michael begging me to pay the full price instead of give me a $300 voucher. so i decided the take the deal. however, today i went to service my car and Michael told me that i cant use that voucher.
I regret doing business there! avoiding trouble better dont buy Toyota cars in this Scarboro Toyota! after reading customers reviews, i found that lots of people were treated badly like me. I wish i had read the customer reviews before i went there! Sham on you Scarboro Toyota, SHAM ON YOU Michael!

I am not a person who would usually rate a service. But this time I am really annoyed with their pathetic service. Their sales guys speak different things, they can’t even take a stand on what they have said, they will butter you so much to visit the store on fake promises, after they will come to know that you have really liked their vehicle, their annoying manager Mick would intervene, who has the worst customer service. Only after you can have an interaction with him, you will understand what i am talking about. I would very very strongly recommend everyone to avoid visiting this place.

We bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Triton 31/5/18 the salesman said he would ring us the next day Friday to let us know when we could pick it up. Scarborough Toyota havepossibly the worst people to deal with customers. All seem to have trained in the dinosaur era, making the customer feel like a their showroom is somesort of bad theater production stage. It took nearly two hours to buy a new car even though I knew what I wanted and haggling for lower price or inclusion of 'extras' was out of the question (apart from the floor mats).
The main sales guy was nice enough and competent enough but the socalled 'process' everyone was referring to apparently had to be followed! so I was passed on from 'Peter to Paul' to sign various things, told about extra things I could get done/buy even though I inidcated I was not interested.read more

My vehicle was booked in for a service 1st week June so I could gave a loan vehicle as I run my own business. I dropped off my cat on the 22/6/2017, I arrived and booked in by 7:30 am. Was informed by Zac vehicle ready at 4 o Sad no request vehicle for 3pm as. Gad a Cardiologist Appointment at 4 pm in Joondalup. I arrived at 3:40 pm spoke to service agent Mr Lamb he looked fir my car to only come back and inform me to come back at 5 pm and my car would be ready. I was disappointed and asked " Why didn't someone call me as now I will be late fir my appointment and walked out. After my appointment I drive back only to be told that my car had not been serviced at all. I was angry and asked why, was told by Zac he didn't know I said I would like to speak to the service manager. Zac walked into hisread more
