I am currently at the point where I would pay money to return my goods and get a refund and then never ever go to Schots again. Here's a quick list of my frustrations.
1. I ordered goods that were in stock, but after payment I discovered that it takes over three weeks to get items delivered from Geelong to Melbourne. Are they using a hand cart? This could only have been slower if they used Australia Post.
2. Goods in stock become out of stock on the day of delivery - three sets of matching taps became only one set of taps. However, that one set has given meread more

I have ordered from Schots online before and was very pleased the 3 times that I did, but my mum and I went into the Cliffton Hill store for the first time 3 weeks ago and we loveddddd it.
The set up is unusual, but you just simply wait your turn at the register and someone will help.
