DON'T GO if you want anything more complicated than a book of stamps. After several rude and incompetent previous experiences I have finally had enough. I was "ordered" to leave after pointing out to the women behind the counter (by her statement a "trained" passport processor) that she had given me the wrong form to fill out for a child's passport.
She then spoke to the passport office, who CONFIRMED that she had given me the wrong form.. and gave me yet ANOTHER (but different) wrong form to complete. I have since confirmed with passport information that NEITHER additional form was necessary and if I had followed her instructions, my son's passport could have been delayed by over a month.
In contrast Port Noarlunga Post office has always been brilliant.
Will not be back to Seaford unless there's a change of staff.
They are rude.
They have been charging me $2.05 for Parcel tracking labels that are meant to be free of charge, that they get given free of charge from Australia Post.
They even come with no barcode on them from Australia Post so they have gone as far as to make their own generic code for them to be able to charge for them. They have cost my buiness alot of money by charging for a service that should have been free.
They have also spoken very rudely to me in front of other customers when I had to lodge a large parcel with them that I had already paid for the postage on through Ebay.
Worst customer service ever!!! They are extremely rude. They aren't helpful, they aren't friendly, & they are out right grumpy, nasty people!! I have been there 3 times now & I have witnessed them being rude every time. They obviously don't like children - they like to tell kids off for everything & everything in a very rude way!!
They have no idea of customer service & I now travel further, so I don't have to go there.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service skills from this post office, they have decided to refuse to lodge click & send parcels and abused me in front of a shop full of customers when I questioned why. I'm a local with a small business who posts multiple items per week but I will travel to another post office and spend my money elsewhere from now on, they have lost my business. The way the management treats customers is disgusting.
