Avoid this supplier at all costs. They made a heat-treated crate that was supposed to be prepared for international freight for me, and it grew mould in transit. I had to throw $375 away just like that. I called and emailed them for an explanation but they never got back to me.

We have only just seen your comment, and we were totally unaware of this incident. Please contact us to discuss the issue. We have no record of any correspondence with this issue, nor is there a record of an order for $375 around this time. We have had very few quality incidents where our customers have not been satisfied with our product historically, and we always rectify the problem.
Around 18 months ago, we installed a mould managemnet system that produces fantastic results where we can guarantee against the advent of mould. We have several large contracts where our clients rely on our products to be mould free due to their requirements for exporting products, and due to the value and susceptibility of their product to mould.
