We used serendipity in 2005 for our wedding photography. Ok on the day of the wedding, but the aftermath was traumatizing and incredible.
We never ever did get our album from these guys, despite having paid them for it. The after wedding day add on sales, the mess in the shop, the rudeness was incredible. I remember being asked to view the wedding photos on a small laptop side on. The screen was so covered in fingerprints it was almost impossible to see the pictures. We were expected to crane our necks 90 deg for 6 plus hours to choose photos. Sally refused to accept our choices and wanted to put in photos we didn’t like because she liked them. These was no client toilet even though we were expected to be there for many hours at a time. More money was demanded in order to get the photos we wanted included. I have to agree with some of the other comments that there is one good staff member. And he gets the half star. The other is the most difficult person I have ever dealt with. It would take me too long to detail the whole traumatizing experience. We waited over a year for our album and one two occasions were at there office until 2am because she is so disorganized. I cannot give more than half a star. By far the worst wedding experience we had. I do not recomend Serndipity Media.
One staff is a professional and friendly photographer and took amazing photos of our wedding day, but unfortunately the other staff was so difficult to deal with I cannot recommend their serivce.
