Highly recommend! Shadewell came to our rescue a few years ago for external awnings and we reconnected with them again recently for interior window furnishings. Great, reliable service and quality results. The consultant was very experienced and offered helpful advice and solutions for our window coverings. I am thrilled with our quality roller blinds and sheer, S-fold curtains. The website doesn’t do justice to the quality of their product offering and very modern solutions.

Excellent service and a great product. Has made a huge difference to the temperature in the house during summer. Very pleased!

I organised a time for someone to come out to quote. I left work early to be home at 3pm. No-one arrived nor did they call. I left it a few days in case they decided to actually ring and let me know what happened. I then called again , was told it was in the diary and they did not know what had happened. I was told someone would contact me with an explanation of what had happened and to make another time. A week later I have heard nothing. This company has shown a lack of professionalism from the very start. Have now gone elsewhere with a company who made an appointment and then stuck to it. Very disappointed.

Just thought I'd write this review because I've had blinds made and fitted by Shadewell many times and I've been very happy every time. The office staff, reps and fitters have always been friendly, efficient and professional. And every product I've purchased has been top quality.

Called to get a quote & I felt like I was putting them out with the response I got, very short on the phone. They said they'd be here between 10 - 10.30am on the friday. I was home by 10am, called at 11.00am to find out where they were. They apparently had arrived at 9:50am & waited for 10 minutes then left, no phone call, nothing & the excuse was they are on a tight schedule & don't have time. I'd actually initially asked for an earlier time slot & they said no, then they arrive early anyway & leave before they are due! Very disappointing, no service & then to rebook it was going to take another week. Wouldn't waste your time with them.
