Shark Shack Fish & Chips Takeaway

Used to be very good. Not happy with the long waits and quality of the food is pretty average. Parking is very hard, you have to park across the road and cross the busy street.

My only criticism is their popularity. In summer expect a long wait because their stuff is gooooooood

food here is nice, the batter is crisp and and has great crunch, the flakes are a bigger cut of fish compared to other fish and chip shops, they lack communication skills and are expensive, and not much chips for your $$ in saying this is my preferred fish and chip shop in rye!

Poor communication skills as our food was not what we asked for and no apology was given. When it was corrected, the other food had been left to go cold. Not only overpriced, but we were charged an extra amount.

The food was also of a bad quality.

Would recommend going elsewhere.

This place weighs the chips! That's right... they put them on scales.



I went in there and the staff actually took off 2 chips because they were slightly overweight on the scales.



TWO Chips... I couldn't believe my eyes..how tight do you have to be !



Other than that the chips tasted OK
