DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY
I had Sharpe ERS to come and look at my faulty Smeg Oven, $217 later the oven wasn't fixed and I was told that I would receive a quote later that day. After a week of ringing each day I finally received an email telling me that my 10 year old oven with a replacement cost of $3500 was beyond repair and if I still wanted to proceed it was going to cost a minimum of $750, the oven needed to be taken back to Sharpe's warehouse and no guarantee would be provided for the work. I then had Prestige Appliance Repair Service look at it. The technician took 5 minutes to identify the fault as a faulty thermostat, he ordered the $20 part , came back, took another 5 minutes to install, now the oven works fine. Thankfully I didn't take Sharpe advice and throw away a perfectly good oven.

I called sharp ers to get a quote on a bradford solar system as advertised in the advertiser as bradford.
The guy i spoke to was not helpful quick short sharp answers and no feed back on any questions
I called the main bradford number and they said ers shsrp instsll their systems not sell them
I called sharp back and they ssid they charge more because they are not bradford so go streight to bradford

The absolutely worst company that I have ever dealt with. Customer service seems to have no place in their vocabulary. Expensive is an understatement. Disappointing all the way.

Have used sharpe for years and have been excellent. Had the aircon recently done by same tech who is excellent- clean,efficient, shows best use of the unit etc. however on same day electrician running VERY late and advised i would be charged overtime rates!!! No way, I spoke with head office and was approved not to be, but be mindful I felt they run late at end of the day they will charge- suggest they review this aspect as not customers fault .

Sharp-ers advertise no call-out fee, but charge double for the first half hour which is effectively the same thing.
They will also round up labour time to half hour increments, The electrician spent 20 minutes doing a few minutes worth of paperwork which ticked over into the next half hour and was then rounded up.
Beware of their ridiculous mark-ups on materials also. The materials cost was about 680% higher than the retail prices for parts if I had bought them myself.

The positive side to the story is that the job was done well, and the electrician was efficient and friendly.
Overall, the cost was excessive and I will not be going with Sharp-ers again.
