Called Sharp's for carpet cleaning of Hycraft wool carpets, large room plus hall. They were excellent, same day service, no callout fee, excellent quote for the area ($160) and the tech was incredibly thorough and careful. He asked detailed questions about each mark, including minor marks, and treated each differently. He even helped to fix an issue caused by the previous company we used!

The carpet wasn't too wet, dried up nicely and looks amazing. The customer service (phone and in person) was brilliant and I'd highly recommend them.
