I bought a cubic meter of soil but didn’t get what I paid for. When I asked for the rest of my soul they told me I was wrong and walked off. A 6 x 4 trailer only holds 0.75 a cubic meter when flat which is what I got. Terrible customer service from these people. I will never be going back.
We have used all local business for deliveries of soil, mulch, stone gravel etc Sherwyn is very average on Price and seem to skimp a bit on quantity. The management are extremely rude and are unable to accept blame for any problem that may occur during deliveries or any mistakes they may make whatsoever we have discontinued using Sherwyn as this is our third indicent with them and would recommend trying other local business over them as prices are very simular with less attitude.
That is strange cocomadam. Personaly I have always had good service with Sherwyns and they havent made any mistakes. Im not sure which day you went on because i dont think you can say that there rude. I found them very polite and helpful.
Sherwyn Garden Supply has a great selection of Pavers, Sands, Soils, Sleepers and all other garden needs. Competive prices on all their products along with great service. They answered all my questions and were very helpful.
They also have another Garden Supply in Bayswater called Big Rock which i also recomend for the vast range of products and good service.(5 stars)
I would have to agree with you, they have a wide range in garden products. I havent been to big rock as yet but surley will give them a try in the near future.
