Had issues with a five hundred dollar pair of diamond studs irritating my ears and tarnishing asked for refund or exchange and was refused. Now have to go get my own independent jewellers report to prove the earrings have nickel in them which shiels is denying before they will do anything about it. Very quick to take the money and swear there was no nickel at time of sale and absolutely no help at all when having issues.
Staff member was extremely rude. Ordered my Registered Service Dog and I to leave the store. When I politely explained that he had full public access under federal law, they rolled their eyes and ignored us. We left without a purchase or being offered any customer service. Would never return here, unacceptable behavior from staff.
