Our experience matches most of the reviews here. We were impressed with the design ideas, 'can-do' attitude, and competitive prices. However, as soon as our order was finalised the problems began- long wait times between the install of the kitchen and install of benches (over 2 weeks), bench tops needing to be removed due to ill fit, missing parts during the install meant workers had to come back on multiple occasions, cupboards installed too high meaning top shelf is impossible to reach. Constantly felt like we were chasing them to complete the job.
I had my kitchen measured up and quoted on by Robert Collyer all i can say is WOW what a book of knowledge . The showroom staff were exeptional with there knowledge also. My kitchen is a gloss polyurethane with caesar stone and glass splashbacks the time i was given for the completion of my kitchen was spot on I had the installation manager keeping me up to date with every section of my kitchen .I cannot say a bad thing about this company , their quote was back to me within 4 working days and i must say the quotes i received by other local companies didnt compare at all.The next kitchen i do will most definately be a SHOALHAVEN NEW IMAGE KITCHEN.
my kitchen started in oct 2011 still not finished nothing but liars and always say job finished account overdue and job not finished
I got the same treatment. Ended up completing the work myself after New Image lost interest. Fortunately I was capable of doing this work myself otherwise I would have had to find another kitchen company or joiner to fix up the mess New Image left.
I totally Disagree with the below 1 star review, The company has done work for my business (local builder-Interior design) for the last 10 years and are the most professional company I deal with. Their Design service is 2nd to none and are by far the best priced kitchen place around,(They are actually cheaper then flat pacs).
