I had been visiting the salon for 3-4 month regularly for a massage. More than once I was told that I wasn't aloud to request a therapist of my choice and was screwed around with travelling between their Warnbro and Wellard store. I also received a treatment from a trainee which, lets face it, must of been her first massage and was terrible. I was still asked to pay full price! I wouldn't of minded if I was informed before hand and didn't have to pay the normal rate as it was not enjoyable. I then told myself I would never go again when I received two vouchers for Christmas at there store. I grinned and bared another massage which was mediocre and then tried to book for the following day for my partner with the other voucher (as I just couldn't bare it there anymore) which I was then told, by the owner - 'No, I already have too many voucher bookings on that day, you'll have to book another time!' If you can't afford to honor the vouchers, don't sell them! This was the lastread more
Love the atmosphere, Beautiful salon with a warm welcome inside as you enter. I have been going to Sitting Pretty for Afew yeasr now and if you are looking for a nice salon to go to you cannot go wrong with this one. The massages are amazing and they give the best spray tans. The one thing i love about the salon is that they constantly promote specials and always keep me up to date with new products entering the shelves so i can be the first to grab them. Overall Excellent salon Definitely worthwhile.
These people are very controlling with how they operate with new clients information. If you make a appointment for first time they want clients address, mobile phone number, email address and home phone number. Now i can understand they wanting a mobile number or home. But why do they need to know where their clients live ??
All treatments are expensive and they try to sell you more products before you walk out the door.
