We live and teach all aspects of Yoga with a traditional, simple and practical approach. We run yoga classes, yoga retreats, vegetarian cooking workshops, yoga workshops, meditation courses, positive thinking courses and private classes in Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and Suffolk Park.
Our practice and teachings are based upon the classical teachings of the Sivananda Yoga tradition as taught by Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. We practice Yoga in 5 points; Proper Exercise, Proper Breathing, Proper Relaxation, Proper Diet and Positive Thinking and Meditation.
As founders of the centre we have lived several years as full time volunteer resident staff at the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in London where we deepened our practice and obtained intense training and guidance in all aspects of yoga.
We endeavour to share the knowledge of yoga in our classes, courses, and workshops.
