Ten years ago I faced poor health, I was overweight, run down, stressed out and facing a hysterectomy. I thought I'd feel great after that - but alas, my menopausal symptoms ran amok. So something had to be done. It didn't happen overnight - but what DID happen was, I took my health into my own hands and I now have a story of recovery and transformation that I can share with you.
I run classes, workshops and private one on ones to help you gain flexibility in your body, regain a sense of vitality and a sense of calm with your mind. Are you fatigued?
