Their customer service is extremely poor. Sent multiple support tickets regarding an SSL certificate not working. Each time it took several days for a reply but issue was not resolved. They just said they would look into it. Rang customer support and queues were always over 30 places long. Requested callback but never received a return call. After a fortnight finally talked to someone by calling their sales department and they were able to resolve what was a simple issue within hours. They also don't provide cPanel access.
Due to their lack of customer support and increase in prices I have moved the majority of my services to another provider.
Started off ok a few years ago but their service is now non-existent. Originally went for them because they were the cheapest Melbourne hosting company. Now I only have one site hosted there now, one I manage for a friend. I moved the rest. But I am embarassed for my friend. Just today I went to access my site via FTP - login doesn't work. Happened to me 5 times. They just change your login from time to time without telling you. Try to access their Live Chat (supposed to be open between 8:30 and 5:30pm) at 9:30am and the bloody thing says its closed. The support staff don't want to talk to you and they never answer their emails. They get you in with cheap prices but once you're on one of their contracts you realise that their service stinks. Seriously I would not recommend them to anyone.
