Food was terrible. Found two long black slimy things in my salad, was given pepsi when i ordered coke, was billed for two sides when i only ordered one, was given attitude about it at cash register, before he renegged. Will never eat at / or go there again. Terrible.

The old guy who tool our order was very very very rude. Food quality was bad too.. Will never go again

Love this place. Rocky is so friendly and greets you warmly when you arrive. No matter how busy they are, you never wait long for food. Huge servings for reasonable prices, you will need a doggy bag!

The worst customer service ever, hair in garlic prawn rice.
You have to have cash, not eftpos, no atm, the Nearst atm is 5 mins walking as advised by the management.
They don't split the bill for the table.
When paying , I asked for an invoice and asked, the response of the cashier was the F word and I was called a rude person and asked to leave.
I'll never go there again

Myself and a colleague supported 6 men with disabilities to Sofia's for a birthday dinner on the 3rd of August 14.
The restaurant management did not greet us instead looked the men up and down before seating us isolated and out of site from the other restaurant guest.
Food was fairly basic. Overload of pasta with very little topping or taste. Garlic cheese bread should be renamed garlic bread, minimal cheese present. Calamari was either cooked in old oil or not cooked at the right temperature. (Oil not hot enough, calamari batter absorbing oil instead of frying)
The taste of the calamari was so awful that we raised our concerns with staff. The restaurant management hurried over to see what the problem was. I explained myself again.
