We believe that an impression of a business is formed by your first point of contact through to your last. We recently stayed at Sojourn and while the accommodation was adequate (it could do with a cosmetic overhaul) - it is the service we found lacking. On arriving home after our stay, we realised we had left a set of house keys behind. We contacted the owner who said she had found them and she offered to post them back. We asked that she send them registered post so that the keys would need to be signed for and they could also be tracked. She refused, opting to just send them through the regular post - you would think that someone's house keys would at least warrant express post! In any case the keys never showed up and as they were in an envelope with our address attached, we had to have the locks changed at a cost of $220. If her refusal to send them registered was about money, we would have gladly transferred the $5 to her bankread more
