visited the store a few weeks ago the staff did even realise I was in store until they heard me on my phone I had been in the store for 20 min before being asked did I need help
They didn't see you, how can they help you if they didn't know you were there?. Why couldn't you ask them for help?.
I live on the Eastern Beaches to travel to see these guys for cichlids. Best customer service out there and best range of fish I've seen.

This store is run by a group of very enthusiastic and lovers of this hobby. They are true to their codes, which is reflected in excellent water quality in all tanks. This store has a good range of typical aquarium fish available, all clean and healthy, however what makes this store stand out is they are willing to source whatever fish species you wish to buy. This also goes for their aquarium supplies. Instore, their supplies are quite limited, but this is easily overseen by simply placing an order with one of the boys. Price wise, their livestock are very good. Supply wise, just abit above the average lfs, but is worth it due to their wonderful customer service. In general, a great lfs with an addition of a great location and wonderful customer service.
