Disgusting food disgusting service...I asked for grilled fish i got battered fish...plenty room for tables nil.fish was cold like rubber weeny bit of salad no knife and fork or sauce sticker left on piece of lemon i will never go back there ever again disgusting

Fish was like rubber and batter like leather. Fish and calamari was cooked way before rest of order was ready. It was cold and like rubber. Never again.

Terrible service. Walked out after being ignored by two people behind the counter while they gasbagged to a customer.

Change your chips back. The new type are terrible. . We used to go to Southlands just for your chips. We won't again ......

If there was an award for the soggiest chips this place would win it. Worst take away we have ever bought, fish was dry, waited forever , wasn't cheap and definitely not worth the cost. We won't be going there again. Customer service was non existent - staff looked like they would rather be elsewhere. Also, whilst waiting for ever, noticed the floor could do with a good mop. A really good mop!!!
