First time had my Mitsubishi Lancer come to Southside Mitsubishi, my car was booked in for the airbag to be replaced under warranty, so got it booked in with a loan vehicle supplied. Great got to Mitsubishi on the day loan car was ready also stated a cheap basic service I agreed too it. The same day got into my loan vehicle no fuel at all complained that I had to put $20 immediately into the loan car. Next morning I got a phone call very apologies about the fuel and immediately drops $20 off the service price. That’s made me feel happy. The next day I pick up my car the time I got it home while reversed up I noticed my rear bumper Fresh paint has been blasted off.... I have photos recently no paint off and the day paint is missing from the car wash. I have sent an email with the complaint but no reply after over a week. I’m not very happy with the service also with the recommendations with issues witch will cost me an arm an a leg and has been fixed with a quarter of a priceread more
Southside Mitsubishi Dealer worst ever!! Zero customer service nor value for customer lives.
Had our Triton’s steering angle sensor replaced by them. From then on had the traction control come on suddenly when driving. This was a major safety issue. Took it back again to Southside to diagnose the fault. Kept it in for 2 days with them but had to get it back as they claimed they could not find the fault yet. I had to get the Ute back as it’s my mobile work vehicle without which I would have to cancel all my work for the week. Rebooked the Ute again the following Friday only to get a phone call in the afternoon that Southside agreed there was an issue with the vehicle and now they would have to diagnose what the fault was. (Something that would take 5 mins took them 3 days to agree there was an issue). Still waiting for them to fix this problem. They say they cannot promise how long it will take toread more
If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere! Do not go there. Rude incompetent staff who never get back to you. My car broke down under warranty in August 2017. It took 10 days and multiple phone calls from my end to get them to give me a courtesy car. Days before they could even tell me what was wrong with it or if it was in fact covered by warranty. Then they said it would take 3 months to fix because the part had to come from Japan. They stuffed up the paperwork for our courtesy car and made us go back in to change vehicles for no known reason. Said Mitsubishi Australia might call us and check that Southside hadn’t sold the car from underneath them?! Told us we had to return the car with a full tank and detailed yet there was barely a quarter tank and it was filthy when we got it. I could go on and on. Never did I think that Christmas would come and go and I would still be waiting for an answer about beingread more
I took my jeep here for service and when I got it back brake lights not working bulbs had not been replaced or checked. Also i bought a whole new set of tyres and just now i took my jeep to nissan for service and found out spare tyre was punctured and had no tread so irreparable! !! They were supposed to use the best old tyre as a spare? ? But gave me the worst one and kept 3 better ones!! When i rang to complain suddenly all staff disappeared and unavailable i ended buying a new spare elsewhere but will report this to consumer affairs do not take your car here ??
