Competitive prices (almost half the competition) and very efficient with check measure and billing for deposit. Booked me in for installation, didn’t turn up. When asked they explained that they called the day before x2 to inform me gates have not come in. No emails, no voice mail. Turns out the booking was tentative. I did not take time off work on the OFF CHANCE the gates will arrive. Unusual business practice. When they called me there was no indication that this was a “pencil in” appointment, or that if there was any change they’ll let me know in advance. Now they estimate another 1-2 weeks - this will stretch it to 11 weeks from day of check measure - one week shy of 3 months for those not keeping up. They’ll never honestly tell you why there was a delay- maybe the order was never put through, or their supplier went out of business or the cargo ship sank off the Pacific. ?????. Very dissapointing experience with Sp screens! Never again! can not recmmend them due to their poor service!

I had made an order and paid 50% deposit for the screens. I had an initial measurement and was told to wait 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I enquired about my order was told by customer service rep not to worry and to wait another 2 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks for the installation and chasing them up again was told they had a big mistake and that the initial measurements were lost as staff member who did them had since left! That if I wanted my screens I had to wait another week for a measurement and then another 6 weeks for the screens to be done! Incredibly disappointed with my experience so far. Despite having two seperate measures done they arrived to install last week only to find screens too big so need to come back. Waited for someone to call to rearrange but they didn't, I had to chase it up (and recieved no apologies whatsoever). Asked for Tuesday afternoon, told not available so agreed to cut short morning activities to be home by 12.30. Leave morning plans early to get home only to get a call at 12.30 (obviously unable to give any earlier notice) to be told would be running over 3 hours late so now have to cancel my afternoon plans too. Not impressed at all definitely won't recommend or use again.
