Lady was so rude over the phone each time I called had an attitude, when I needed to cancel and rebook she was getting ruder wasn't giving me time to speak and organize a date said she had clients waiting so hung up and won't be going there at all if you can't even have nice service over the phone how is anyone going to be comfortable to come into your business , shocking
Why are you not honest.
You have phoned twice and cancel everytime not in the 48 hours cancellation period.
30mins before the time and 1 hour before the time.
I didn't put the phone diwn you did.
I had the phone in soeaker and had a client as a witness to hear how rude you were.
