Disgusting customer service skills, had to put off a day of work to wait around for them. When I called them up asking what is going on I get abused saying that it is my fault that they haven't come yet! Horrible behaviour and would not reccomend using this company due to their lack of customer service skills.
Very bad service. They come out to do some work, rip you off, over-charge for everything and then leave only to find the work was incomplete and they created more problems. Come back out and want to charge even more to "fault-find" a problem that they created. $740 down the drain. Be warned!
WARNING: Look elsewhere, they overcharge, under deliver and treat you with contempt if you dare question anything. over 14 hours billed for less than 8 hours work. Obviously rain that week means unproductive time = charge extra. Do not bother asking for a quote because they will charge for that as well. Plenty of other decent electricians local.
