Specsavers Optometrists

Was hoping for a chance to give feedback as I had an amazing experience at Specsavers on more than one occassion. Went in last week for a regular eye test and was helped by Raymond. He was so friendly and talked me through the process very thoroughly and explained each component in an easy-to-understand way. He also gave me information about the benefits I could receive through my private health care (which I did not know about) and saved me over $300 on a new pair of glasses! A couple of days later I came back to choose my glasses and a lovely lady (didn't get her name) helped me and gave me more information about trying contact lenses, which I had not considered before, and answered all my questions very politely. Overall an excellent experience and happy that they are my local optometrists.
