The staff are incredibly happy to assist selling but picking up glasses paid for? A completely different story. The store was listed as open on their website and the doors were wide open. You think I could collect my glasses that I was texted had arrived and I had paid for right? Wrong. I was told to come back two hours later by a rude man named Chris who said they weren't set up yet. My glasses were literally in a cabinet behind him. Customer service online is almost non existent - I received one response within hours then daily follow ups are ignored. I'm still trying to get a refund.
