Got sms alert that my son's appt is at 1650 hrs..got there on time. Attendent told me that the appt was at 1640..i showed her the sms and she allowed me..but guess what it is 1800 hrs and i am still waiting for my turn..i am so angry that i can not explain...cant say much with kids. And another one taken in...thats it.. 1806 hrs when i challenge the optometrist and customer care then they were very rude and said i was late...i showed them again the sms and then they said i have to wait...i am leaving now ...no pount of arguing in front of my kids...thank u specsaver tarneit for ur worst customer service.
Customer service sux under the new owners. Booked an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, sat, waited and listened as the 2 optometrists and 4 staff members mostly stood around the counter chatting. Five minutes past my scheduled appointment I went to the counter to remind the staff I was still waiting. Initially I was completely ignored until I interrupted the chatter. Staff were rude, the optometrist clearly didn't want to be there...he was rude and condescending. Won't be going back to the wyndham store. Bring back Carolyn and the rest of the team!
