You get told there is no one in the office until after 12noon. They are extremely rude when you advise you cannot be home from work until 4:30pm - house calls end at 4pm. Today I have been 41 days without a washing machine. Speedy returned my machine two days ago but I went to use it today and guess what - it's not working. I don't understand how Speedy Washing Machine Service can be called a company. Their customer service is beyond disgusting. Harvey Norman's extended warranty uses them as a contractor for the Western Brisbane region. I hope that this review makes people well aware that if they are forced to use Speedy Washing Machine Service they can basically kiss goodbye the luxury of having a machine at home. You are going to be paying to have your laundry done for an extremely long time while they attempt to do their job - FIX YOUR BROKEN MACHINE. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating - that's far too generous.
I'm hearing you. I stopped it after 4days as I had to ring them to see if they had ordered my parts, which he had not and couldnt tell me a price to fix my machine . 4th day they still had not ordered parts for my machine. Its a petty he is a Whirlpool service center.
