Do not book a package through this company. We booked and never received our tickets even though they advised they would arrive 7-10 days prior to the event. We found out that our accommodation had been booked but not paid for. To date we have only received half of our money back and now they will not answer my emails. It is just excuse after excuse.
Do not book through this company, they took our money and didn't pay for our motel, that was nearly $1000, we had to pay this again. The motel and us all tried to contact this company to sort it out and all phone numbers were uncontactable and they didn't answer and email queries, very bad company to book through look elsewhere

We booked an NRL Grand Final weekend away including Epsom handicap, we never received our tickets by the time we left, they had to be sent directly to the Hotel, when we went to check in to our hotel they were going to charge us on the day until I explained that it was booked through a sports tour company, the ticket we got to both events left a lot to be desired, not what we want and couldn't correct them as we didn't see them until we go to Sydney, was then told that you can't pick where you sit and we know you can as we have purchased tickets to these events before, thought it was just easier to go through a company. The Hotel where we stayed have now taken payment for the room out of our account because they can't contact the company, none of the phones work or are connected. Now I have been told by the management that our money we be given back sometime this week. Be very careful as they are in the process of changing names
An out of office auto reply was placed on the website to advise Consultant was sick the refund would be sorted out (of which it is in full now) upon return. Regarding the clients picking up the tix at the hotel this was due to the courier company not delivering our merchandise in time to the location requested prior so instead of inconveniencing the client and delivering to home address we had the clients pick up the tickets at the hotel which is a more safer and convenient delivery method for the client. I,m sure you would have not been happy to get to the hotel and the tickets were not there so we were doing you a favour.read more
