The sales phase was relatively good, however as soon as it came to owning up to issues with the bike, there was a delay of over a month (while the bike was, of course, under warranty). I did purchase it interstate and had to base myself on the photos and description provided by the sales staff, however I expected honest and open communication.
It is disgusting to see the extent to which some companies such as this one will go to in order to close a sale. My subsequent complaints were completely and utterly ignored by management regarding the way I was treated, showing that no one in that store appears to take their customers seriously. Very, very disappointing experience (and still not over unfortunately).
I'm impressed with the service and the helpful staff. The guys have a high level of technical proficiency and are able to source parts from outside Victoria. I ride a Pagsta and was surprised at their knowledge of the marque. Ordering spare parts was done over the phone and I even got some helpful hints on how to make good the repairs to my bike.
I recommend Spot On Motorcycles to anyone who values service and advice.
