It’s terrible Belrose customer service letting this brand down. They have a great range of product but that alone is not enough to keep their door open People work there has no concept of customer service perhaps are very rude.
I was refunded $50 less than purchase price on exchange because I lost the receipt. When I questioned I was told customers are waiting so I had to leave- very rude indeed.
I hope spotlight train this guys works there otherwise will loose customers by dozens.
Look their reviews in different places on the web that’s very poor.
I was walking around the store looking for staff to ask a question and every single one of them can just walked pass me without acknowledging that I was there looking for help. Finally stopped a female staff and before I finished my question she said "Don't know, I am not working in this section. Go ask that lady with red hair" So I went to find a lady with red hair who is busy and had so many customers waiting to ask questions. Finally got her attention but didn't find what I was asking for.
It will be much nicer experience if at least staffs said hello or be a bit more friendly to customers. I noticed that not 1 staff even say hi to any of the customers walking in the store. They either busy packing or talk to each other. Not impress and won't be back.
I'm super glad there is a Spotligh at the Supercenter. The range of fabric is awesome and also unique (once there were many fabric shops, today they are hard to come by). They also stock a variety of craft supplies, Manchester and home wares. At the time of year they also have a lot of Christmas decorations. Worth a visit even if only to grab afew ball balls.
